Studio Wrap designed this award-winning show flat to showcase modern Indian living to prospective buyers looking to relocate to Bengaluru from neighbouring states. The home was designed keeping in mind the needs and tastes of a multigenerational South Indian joint family and has become a marquee project with its thoughtful design that keeps in mind the needs of each generation.
An ivory four poster bed in the guest room with floral details creates an elegant guest bedroom.
Blending craftsmanship with international standards of luxury, the Studio created a space that is memorable and elegant. Notably, the flooring and bathrooms were included in the sale and Wrap identified an opportunity to elevate bathroom interiors, combining grey Pallisandro Italian marble with mother of pearl inlay for the entrance flooring, tikri mirror work from Udaipur, stone carving from Jaipur, semi-precious stone inlays, and digitally printed artworks on stone by Remen Chopra. The bedrooms feature furniture and treatments that represent a traditional family home but are comfortable yet striking.
A maximalist approach to the space complete with a Chihuly inspired chandelier and patterned wood panelling ensured that buyers could visualise the design potential of luxury interiors.
The juxtaposition of colours and crafts was an essential part of the vision and enhanced the luxurious and eclectic experience of the space. #e success and recognition of this project established Studio Wrap’s design presence, a testament to a thoughtful and unique design vision.”
